Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT related issues and provide timely resolution to end-user technical problems.
Maintain and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure, including hardware, software, and operating systems.
Manage and monitor the performance of our IT systems to ensure maximum uptime and minimal disruptions.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Train and mentor junior IT staff and provide guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Conduct regular system audits and perform data backup and recovery procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware, including Windows and Linux.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Familiarity with cloud computing, specifically AWS or Azure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
