Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop data warehouse solutions using industry best practices and standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement data models accordingly
Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and implement appropriate solutions
Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse
Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance to ensure data availability and fast query response times
Troubleshoot and resolve data warehouse issues in a timely manner
Develop and maintain documentation of data warehouse processes, data dictionaries, and data lineage
Stay updated with the latest data warehouse technologies and trends and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems
Mentor and provide guidance to junior data warehouse developers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehouse development, with at least 2 years in a lead or principal role
In-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes
Proficient in SQL and experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus
Certifications in data warehousing or related technologies is a plus.
