Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly test new and existing software features
Identify and document bugs and issues found during testing, and work closely with the development team to resolve them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential issues and risks
Conduct regression testing to ensure that bugs and issues have been resolved and do not reoccur
Use various testing techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of our software, including manual and automated testing
Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior testers in the team
Continuously research and stay up-to-date on new testing tools, techniques, and trends to improve the overall testing process
Participate in the design and development process to provide feedback and ensure testability of new features
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
Minimum of years of experience in software testing
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time
ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
