Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, as well as a deep understanding of various technologies and systems. The IT Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, managing the IT budget, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our company's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network administration, systems maintenance, and user support.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems, including data backups, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity.
• Manage the IT budget and make recommendations for new hardware, software, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of new systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of all IT systems, troubleshooting any issues as they arise.
• Provide leadership and support to the IT team, including hiring, training, and managing performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs and develop solutions to improve their workflows and processes.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements, making recommendations for their implementation as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience managing an IT budget and making recommendations for new technology solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Knowledge of the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, PMP) are a plus.

Working Conditions: The IT Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, often managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. They will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends to perform system upgrades and maintenance. The role may also require occasional travel to other company locations.
