Salary: $152000 - $192000

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will work closely with various departments to understand their business needs and ensure that the ERP system is meeting those needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the ERP system to ensure it is functioning optimally and meeting the company's operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and enhancements to the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the ERP system, including user manuals, training materials, and system configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the ERP system and ensure proper usage and adoption.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics on the performance of the ERP system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and make recommendations for improvements to our system.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate the ERP system with other business applications.
• Manage user access and permissions within the ERP system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP system concepts and processes.
• Experience with ERP implementation and project management.
• Proficient in SQL and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle ERP systems is preferred.
• Certifications in ERP systems is a plus.
