Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and effective solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other tools as necessary
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and provide guidance and support to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely resolutions
• Implement and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs and web services
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements to the Salesforce platform
• Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide training and support to team members and end-users
• Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate security controls
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and web services
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and governor limits
• Knowledge of Salesforce declarative features such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II, and/or App Builder are highly preferred
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
