We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview: As a Senior SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions. You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality SAP solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions for our clients, ensuring that they align with business requirements and best practices
• Conduct workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Develop functional and technical specifications for SAP solutions, including customizations and enhancements
• Configure SAP modules according to business requirements, including but not limited to, FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test custom programs, interfaces, and reports
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP, staying up-to-date with the latest releases, functionalities, and industry trends
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality SAP solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP consulting, with expertise in at least 2 SAP modules
• Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices and methodologies
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• SAP certification is a plus
