We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Lead Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Lead a team of network engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions that meet business needs
• Conduct regular network performance analysis and make recommendations for improvements
• Monitor network security and implement necessary measures to mitigate potential risks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and make recommendations for network upgrades and enhancements
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network-related services
• Mentor and train junior network engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
• Experience with network design and implementation, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly preferred
