Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of our company's infrastructure systems, including network, servers, storage, and cloud services.
Develop and maintain infrastructure standards and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all systems.
Monitor and analyze system performance, capacity, and availability, and proactively identify and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, DevOps engineers, and security engineers, to ensure the infrastructure meets their requirements.
Mentor and coach a team of infrastructure engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and tools to improve our infrastructure and processes.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in case of any system failures.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect our infrastructure from cyber threats.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to infrastructure services and equipment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and recommend improvements to our infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with network design and implementation, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Strong knowledge of server and storage technologies, including virtualization, containerization, and cloud services.
Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures for infrastructure systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.
Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), are a plus.
