Job Description: As a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' cybersecurity systems. You will lead a team of cybersecurity engineers and work closely with other departments to ensure the security of our clients' data and systems. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to protect our clients' data and systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential security risks and develop solutions to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify any weaknesses in our clients' systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Manage and maintain security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, and take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for employees to raise awareness and promote best practices.
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of of experience in a cybersecurity role, with at least in a leadership position.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Strong understanding of network and system security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and knowledge of operating systems, such as Linux and Windows.
• Experience with cloud security, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are a plus.
