Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough and comprehensive security assessments of our systems and networks using ethical hacking techniques and tools
Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in a controlled environment to simulate real-world attacks and provide recommendations for remediation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security solutions to protect against potential cyber threats
Develop and maintain a robust security testing framework to continuously assess and improve the security posture of our organization
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, technologies, and trends to proactively identify potential vulnerabilities
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the security team
Act as a subject matter expert on ethical hacking and security best practices, and provide training and awareness sessions to educate other teams within the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment
Expertise in using a variety of ethical hacking tools and techniques, such as Metasploit, Nessus, and Burp Suite
Proven track record of conducting successful security assessments and identifying vulnerabilities in complex systems and networks
Strong understanding of common network protocols, operating systems, and web applications
In-depth knowledge of security standards and best practices, such as OWASP, SANS, and NIST
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or CISSP are highly desirable
