Job Title: Principal Ethical Hacker

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Ethical Hacker to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Ethical Hacker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's systems, networks, and data. You will be responsible for conducting advanced penetration tests, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing recommendations for remediation. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert in all areas of ethical hacking and provide guidance and training to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced penetration tests on our organization's systems, applications, and networks to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of our security measures.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools and techniques to simulate real-world cyber attacks and identify potential weaknesses.
• Generate detailed reports outlining vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, and recommendations for remediation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in ethical hacking and provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and security trends, and recommend proactive measures to mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in incident response activities and provide support in investigating and mitigating security incidents.
• Continuously improve our ethical hacking processes and procedures to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ethical hacking or penetration testing.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or GPEN.
• In-depth knowledge of common network and web application protocols, tools, and technologies.
• Proficient in using various ethical hacking tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc.
• Proven experience in exploiting vulnerabilities in both web and mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to work independently and also collaboratively in a team environment.
