Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT audit strategies, policies, and procedures to assess the effectiveness of our internal controls and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Lead and manage a team of IT auditors, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the highest level of performance and professional development
Plan and execute IT audits, including risk assessments, testing, and evaluation of controls and processes
Identify and communicate potential risks and deficiencies to senior management and make recommendations for improvement
Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure the effectiveness of our IT audit program
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and compliance, to ensure alignment and consistency in audit processes and procedures
Conduct special projects and investigations as needed, providing accurate and timely reports to management
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, vendors, and industry peers to share knowledge and best practices
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and efficiency in the IT audit function

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT audit, preferably in a leadership role
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other relevant certification (e.g., CRISC, CISM)
Strong knowledge of IT audit principles, methodologies, and best practices
Experience with risk assessment, control evaluation, and compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
