Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Develop and implement DevOps best practices, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
Create and maintain a reliable and scalable infrastructure for our applications, utilizing cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
Oversee the deployment and configuration of software releases, ensuring they are delivered on time and with minimal disruptions.
Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve the DevOps process.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, tools, and methodologies, including CI/CD, automation, and version control.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
