Salary: $152000 - $192000

Overview: As an Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of our company by ensuring seamless integration of our products and services with our clients' existing systems and processes. You will use your technical expertise and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver effective and efficient integration solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their integration needs and requirements
• Design and develop integration solutions that meet client needs and align with company standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, project management, and quality assurance, to ensure successful integration of our products and services
• Partner with external vendors and third-party providers to facilitate integration processes
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any integration issues
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations
• Document integration solutions and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to integrations and make recommendations for improvement to enhance our services
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to ensure project success and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in integration development and support
• Strong technical skills and experience with integration tools and technologies, such as API, JSON, SOAP, REST, etc.
• Proficient in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms, such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Logic Apps
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions within tight deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Project management experience is a plus
