Job Overview: As the Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that our systems and network are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and security systems.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Monitor the performance of the company's IT systems and proactively identify and resolve any issues.
• Work closely with the IT team to plan and execute infrastructure projects, including hardware upgrades, software installations, and network expansions.
• Ensure that all IT systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize the impact of system failures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT infrastructure space and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and virtualization.
• Experience with cloud computing, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or MCSE is a plus.
