Salary: $190000 - $224000
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of our company's operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and processes, as well as providing leadership and guidance to our technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of new technical systems and processes.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in software development, network administration, and system maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
