Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Create user personas, user journeys, and other design artifacts to guide the development process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into our design processes.
Conduct user testing to identify areas for improvement and make necessary design changes.
Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and meets the desired user experience.
Review and provide feedback on design work from other team members to maintain a high level of quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Extensive knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, with a focus on user interface and experience design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
