Overview: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Security Analyst to join our growing team. As an IT Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and protection of our company's information systems and data. You will be responsible for identifying potential security threats, implementing security measures, and conducting regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's information systems and data flow.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend necessary security measures.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic for any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular security testing and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Respond to security incidents and provide timely resolution.
• Review and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Experience in conducting security assessments and audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
