Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead DevOps Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our DevOps team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our software development process. As a Lead DevOps Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the continuous improvement and delivery of our products. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing best practices and tools to optimize our development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the DevOps team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software products
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Automate software deployment processes to various environments
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Identify and implement best practices and tools to optimize our development and deployment processes
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in DevOps practices and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• Extensive knowledge of software development techniques and methodologies
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile principles
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Certifications in DevOps or cloud technologies are a plus
