Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Release Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Software Release Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the release process and ensuring the smooth delivery of software products to our clients. You will work closely with the development, quality assurance, and project management teams to ensure that releases are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the software release process from planning to deployment
• Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and project management teams to define release scope, schedule, and risks
• Create and maintain release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and post-release reports
• Ensure that all release deliverables meet the company's quality standards and adhere to the established release process
• Monitor and track release progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
• Communicate release status and updates to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior management
• Manage and maintain the release calendar, prioritizing releases based on business needs and priorities
• Implement and improve release management tools and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct post-release reviews and gather feedback to continuously improve the release process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in release management and implement them within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in software development or release management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management processes
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
• Experience with release management tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, and Git is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
