Salary: $107 Per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Test Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Lead Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies. You will lead a team of test engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, while also driving continuous improvement of our testing processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers to design, develop, and execute tests that meet product specifications and requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test plans accordingly
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and prioritize testing activities based on risk and impact analysis
• Analyze test results and work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery of products
• Provide regular updates on testing progress and escalate any critical issues to upper management
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into our testing processes
• Act as a subject matter expert for all testing-related issues and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team in a fast-paced, Agile environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Passion for quality and a drive for continuous improvement
