Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our systems.
Analyze security data and logs to identify and respond to security threats and breaches.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security controls and measures.
Monitor security systems and tools to identify and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
Provide guidance and training to other team members on security best practices and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies and make recommendations for improvement.
Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Conduct security audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with security policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and vulnerability scanners.
Proven experience in security incident response and threat intelligence.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
