Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Blockchain Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Blockchain Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge blockchain solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of engineers, researchers, and developers to design, build, and deploy innovative blockchain solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement blockchain solutions using various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in delivering high-quality blockchain solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements for blockchain solutions
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest developments in the blockchain technology landscape
• Develop and maintain blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and smart contracts
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain solutions
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of blockchain solutions
• Continuously improve the development process by implementing best practices and innovative techniques
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in blockchain development
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, such as distributed systems, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptography
• Proficiency in at least one blockchain platform, preferably Ethereum
• Experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks, such as Solidity, Truffle, and Web3
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for blockchain development, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for innovation and staying updated on the latest trends in blockchain technology
