Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our cloud-based systems.
Lead the design and implementation of security controls for our cloud infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and data encryption.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and proactively implement measures to protect against them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are incorporated into the development, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based applications.
Serve as the subject matter expert for cloud security, providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for our cloud-based systems.
Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts, and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new cloud security tools and technologies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to cloud security.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security, with a proven track record of designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructures.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and data encryption.
In-depth knowledge of security protocols and standards, such as SSL, TLS, and OAuth.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CCSK, are preferred.
