Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions, including architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain code libraries, APIs, and frameworks to support the development of cloud-based applications.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, reviewing their code and providing feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud development and recommend improvements to our existing processes and systems.
Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of cloud-based applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing necessary fixes.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with project managers to plan and estimate project timelines, scope, and resource requirements.
Communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new team members, conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates' skills and experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
Proven experience developing and deploying cloud-based solutions, including microservices and APIs.
In-depth understanding of DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
