Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop middleware solutions using various technologies such as Java, .NET, and Python
Configure and maintain middleware platforms including application servers, web servers, and message brokers
Integrate applications and services with middleware components to ensure seamless communication
Identify and troubleshoot any issues with middleware solutions and provide timely resolution
Perform performance tuning and optimization of middleware components to ensure optimal performance
Ensure security and compliance of middleware solutions by implementing necessary protocols and standards
Create and maintain technical documentation for middleware solutions
Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper integration and functioning of applications and services with middleware components
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in middleware engineering and suggest improvements to existing systems
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in middleware engineering or a similar role
Strong understanding of middleware technologies and concepts such as messaging, web services, and API gateways
Experience with middleware platforms such as IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, and Red Hat JBoss
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, .NET, and Python
Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Certifications in middleware technologies are preferred
