Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers and designers in the creation of virtual reality experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Design and implement high-quality, performant, and intuitive virtual reality applications
Write and maintain clean, modular, and efficient code
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in virtual reality technology
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in virtual reality development
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, and Unity
Experience with virtual reality development platforms such as Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, or PlayStation VR
Proven track record of leading and managing a team of developers and delivering successful projects on time
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Passion for virtual reality technology and a strong desire to push the boundaries of innovation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
