Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers to design, develop, and implement augmented reality applications and experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, artists, and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in augmented reality technology
Conduct research and prototyping to explore new ideas and develop innovative solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects and processes
Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner
Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills
Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines and deliverables
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in augmented reality development
Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers
Strong knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game engines
Proficient in C#, C++, or other programming languages used in AR development
Experience with 3D modeling and animation
Understanding of user experience and user interface design principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
