Salary: $69 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior NLP Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Junior NLP Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing natural language processing (NLP) solutions for our company. You will work closely with our team of experts to design and implement cutting-edge NLP algorithms and models that will enhance our product offerings and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement NLP solutions for our company's products and services
• Design and implement NLP algorithms and models to improve our product offerings
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into our products
• Perform data analysis and pre-processing to prepare data for NLP tasks
• Train and fine-tune NLP models using large datasets
• Evaluate the performance of NLP models and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate and present findings and insights to stakeholders and team members
• Document and maintain all code and models for future use
• Continuously optimize and improve NLP solutions to enhance overall product performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in natural language processing and machine learning
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, Gensim, and spaCy
• Experience with data analysis, data pre-processing, and feature engineering
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts and techniques such as tokenization, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
