Salary: $190000 - $224000

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Game Tester to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Game Tester, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process of our latest and upcoming games. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that our games meet high-quality standards and are bug-free. You will also lead a team of game testers and provide guidance and support to ensure that all testing is executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement testing strategies for all games in development
• Lead a team of game testers and provide guidance, training, and support
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases
• Conduct thorough testing of games to identify bugs, glitches, and other issues
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve and prioritize issues
• Communicate testing progress and results to the project manager and development team
• Ensure that all testing is completed within the given timeline
• Continuously improve and optimize the testing process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game testing
• Mentor and coach junior game testers to improve their skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of game development and testing processes
• In-depth understanding of different testing methodologies and techniques
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Passion for gaming and staying updated with the latest trends
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
