Salary: $135 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Principal Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems that are integral to our company's success. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and troubleshooting systems, as well as providing technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex systems that meet the company's technical requirements and standards
• Conduct system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define system requirements
• Lead the design and implementation of system architecture and infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in systems engineering
• Oversee system integration and manage the deployment of new systems
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role
• Expertise in system design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and database management
• Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud computing, and containerization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
