Salary: $138 Per hour

About the Role: Lobox is seeking an experienced Lead IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Lead IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network, hardware, and software infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute IT strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network, hardware, and software infrastructure.
• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
• Identify and recommend new technologies and processes to improve the company's overall IT infrastructure.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop IT solutions that meet those needs.
• Monitor network performance and security, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally and implementing necessary upgrades and patches.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions and timely delivery of services.
• Continuously assess and improve IT processes, procedures, and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Communicate IT updates, changes, and initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and best practices.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL, are highly preferred.
