Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement software configuration management strategies and processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of our software systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain software configuration standards and policies.
Lead the configuration management team and provide guidance and support to junior members.
Manage software version control and release management processes.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with configuration management procedures.
Identify and resolve configuration management issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and track changes to software configurations and ensure all changes are properly documented and approved.
Manage software builds, releases, and deployments.
Develop and maintain documentation related to software configuration management processes and procedures.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in software configuration management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in software configuration management.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Proficient in software version control tools, such as Git, SVN, or TFS.
Experience with build and release management tools, such as Jenkins, Maven, or TeamCity.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
