Position: Mobile QA Engineer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $92 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mobile QA Engineer to join our growing team. As a Mobile QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our mobile applications before they are released to our customers. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any bugs or issues, as well as develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality and usability of our mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and identify potential areas of risk
• Develop and execute test plans for both iOS and Android mobile applications
• Conduct thorough and detailed testing of mobile apps, including functional testing, regression testing, and compatibility testing
• Document and report any bugs or issues found during testing, and work with the development team to resolve them
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and functionality of our mobile apps, and provide suggestions for improvements
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in mobile app testing and quality assurance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile app testing and quality assurance
• Strong understanding of the mobile app development process and the ability to identify potential areas of risk
• Experience with both manual and automated testing tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Swift is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues
