Job Overview: As a Principal Penetration Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and conducting security assessments of our clients' networks, systems, and applications. You will work closely with our team of cybersecurity professionals to identify vulnerabilities and potential attack vectors, and provide recommendations for remediation. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can take charge of our penetration testing efforts and drive them to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct comprehensive penetration tests on our clients' networks, systems, and applications.
• Utilize various tools and techniques to identify vulnerabilities and potential attack vectors.
• Collaborate with our team of cybersecurity professionals to analyze and interpret test results.
• Create detailed reports outlining identified vulnerabilities, potential impacts, and recommendations for remediation.
• Work closely with clients to explain and discuss test findings and provide guidance on how to address them.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to continuously improve our penetration testing strategies.
• Train and mentor junior penetration testing team members.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in developing proposals for new penetration testing projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in conducting penetration tests in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of network and application security, and the ability to identify vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
• Proficiency in using various penetration testing tools, such as Metasploit, Nmap, and Burp Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Experience in training and mentoring junior penetration testing team members.
• Relevant certifications, such as OSCP, GPEN, or CEH, are preferred.
