Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop technical training programs, materials, and documentation for various products and services.
Conduct training sessions for employees, customers, and partners, both in person and virtually, to ensure a deep understanding of our products and services.
Create and maintain training schedules, track attendance, and provide progress reports to management.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date with the latest product features and updates, and incorporate them into training materials.
Develop and maintain training labs and environments for hands-on learning experiences.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in training and apply them to enhance the overall training program.
Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.
Manage and maintain training equipment and materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in using training tools and platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual training software, and e-learning authoring tools.
Experience in creating and maintaining training labs and environments.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel, as needed.
