Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement technical training programs for new hires, current employees, and management team
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats
Continuously improve training programs by gathering feedback from participants and incorporating best practices
Mentor and coach junior trainers to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to equip trainers with the necessary skills to deliver training programs effectively
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry to incorporate into training programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
Develop and maintain training schedules, materials, and records
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to meet learning objectives
Manage and maintain training equipment and resources

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, networking, or cybersecurity
Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven ability to mentor and coach others
Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
Willingness to travel as needed
