Salary: $138 Per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal System Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the integration of complex systems across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of various hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of system integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration architecture and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-benefit analysis for proposed integration solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and oversee the testing and validation of integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integration.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of integrated systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior integration specialists.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to system integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in system integration.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex system integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with middleware and ESB platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, or Oracle SOA Suite.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration solutions.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
