Position Overview: As the IT Systems Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT systems, networks, and databases. You will be leading a team of IT professionals and collaborating with various departments to ensure that all technology needs are met. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and the ability to provide strategic guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of our systems
• Manage and monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve overall system functionality
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to improve their processes
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and other IT services
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems and processes
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems management or a similar role
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining complex IT systems and networks
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various departments
• Solid understanding of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus.
