About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Lead IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex IT systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the IT systems analysis team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IT systems analysts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new and existing systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Design and develop technical solutions to meet business requirements
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions
• Oversee the testing and implementation of new systems and processes
• Ensure the integrity and security of all IT systems and processes
• Manage and troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise with the systems and processes
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT systems analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT systems and processes
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
