Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of our organization's infrastructure architecture, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmap and strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in infrastructure architecture.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, procedures, and configurations.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure systems and software.
Ensure the security and reliability of all infrastructure systems by implementing and monitoring best practices and industry standards.
Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure architects and engineers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new infrastructure technologies and vendors.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture principles, practices, and standards.
Extensive experience designing and implementing complex infrastructure systems in a large-scale environment.
In-depth understanding of networking, security, storage, and virtualization technologies.
Experience with cloud computing, preferably with AWS or Azure.
Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of infrastructure architects and engineers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, or ITIL would be an advantage.
