Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms
Develop and maintain mobile application architecture and design
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of mobile applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute mobile development strategies
Create and maintain technical documentation for mobile applications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in developing and deploying mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms
Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or NativeScript
Proficient in programming languages like Swift, Java, and Kotlin
Experience working with APIs, third-party libraries, and web services
Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
