Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of our software systems.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and implement solutions to resolve them.
Proactively identify potential problems and work with the development team to address them.
Develop and maintain automated monitoring and alerting systems to quickly identify and respond to any issues.
Collaborate with the operations and infrastructure teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems.
Continuously improve our systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Document and communicate any changes or updates to our systems to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and respond to any system emergencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability role.
Proven experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving software system issues.
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
Experience with automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
