Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
Identify, document, and track software defects and work with the development team to resolve them.
Continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective testing.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify the source of defects and provide recommendations for preventing them in the future.
Review and provide feedback on functional and technical requirements to ensure testability.
Mentor and train junior team members on testing best practices and tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest testing technologies and methodologies to continuously improve the quality of our software products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality engineering.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
