Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of software quality
Conduct thorough testing and analysis of software products to identify and report any bugs or defects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies
Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks
Work closely with software developers to identify and troubleshoot any issues in the software development process
Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve the software quality assurance process
Create and maintain detailed documentation of all quality control processes and procedures
Communicate quality control findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including senior management
Participate in project planning and provide input on quality and testing requirements
Conduct regular reviews of the software development process to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Take ownership of software quality assurance and ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role
Extensive knowledge of quality control processes and procedures, as well as software testing methodologies and techniques
Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycles
Experience with automation tools and frameworks for testing, such as Selenium or Appium
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
