Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to help solve complex business problems
Analyze large datasets using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to provide valuable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes
Communicate complex data and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Lead and mentor junior data scientists in the team
Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of data science and implement new techniques and tools when necessary
Ensure data quality and accuracy by performing data cleaning and pre-processing tasks
Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases for efficient data management
Provide guidance and support in developing data science projects and experiments

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Extensive experience with data analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling
In-depth knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
