Lobox is seeking a highly skilled Lead ML Specialist to join our team and drive our ML initiatives to new heights. As the Lead ML Specialist, you will play a crucial role in researching, developing, and implementing innovative ML solutions that will have a significant impact on our business and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of ML specialists and oversee all ML projects, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop ML strategies to address them.
• Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in ML and AI technologies, and continuously explore new opportunities to enhance our ML capabilities.
• Design, develop, and deploy complex ML algorithms and models that solve critical business problems.
• Conduct experiments and perform thorough analysis to evaluate the performance of ML models and make necessary improvements.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure the availability, quality, and reliability of data required for ML projects.
• Communicate and present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and maintain ML frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in ML projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML algorithms and models in a production environment.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of ML specialists.
• Strong knowledge of ML techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience with popular ML libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
