As a Junior Network Systems Administrator, you will work closely with our senior network administrators to support and maintain our company's network infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting network issues, installing and configuring network equipment, and monitoring network performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner
• Install and configure network equipment, such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure the security and integrity of our network systems by implementing security protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with senior network administrators to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in network administration or a related role
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Hands-on experience with network equipment, such as Cisco routers and switches
• Familiarity with network security protocols and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
