About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Network Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure. You will be a crucial member of our IT team, ensuring that our network systems are secure, efficient, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain our company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Manage user access and permissions, ensuring the security and integrity of our network systems.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement network security protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular network audits to identify and address any vulnerabilities.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to our network infrastructure.
• Train and mentor junior network administrators.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and network policies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with third-party vendors to resolve any network-related issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Systems Administrator.
• Extensive knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Strong experience with network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
• Experience with network security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
